WATER ANALYSIS
Control of the quality of the manufacturing water, either as raw material or as an element for cleaning and rinsing the facilities. Count of total aerobic microorganisms, according to pharmacopoeia, or count and detection of specific microorganisms (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans and Burkholderia cepacia, among others).
PURIFIED WATER TESTS
For the hygienic control of the facilities, in Dr. Goya analysis we perform:
- Microbiological control. Sample processing by membrane filtration and deep seeding, according to European Pharmacopoeia. Counting of total viable aerobic microorganisms, molds and yeasts and identification of pathogenic microorganisms by biochemical methods (VITEK) or mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOFF).
- Physicochemical control: odor, color, turbidity, pH, conductivity, nitrites, ammonium, oxidability, total chlorine, free residual chlorine and heavy metals.

- Mesophilic aerobic count.
- Enterobacteria count.
- Listeria monocytogenes count.
- Counting and identification of molds and yeasts.
- Sampling by RODAC, LAMINOCULTURE OR HISOPO plate.
AIR ANALYSIS
Microbiological control of air by forced aspiration or by plate sedimentation. Room monitoring for validation and maintenance of the cleaning validation plan.

- Counting of mesophilic aerobic microorganisms.
- Biochemical identification of bacteria by Automated Identification System.
- Counting of molds and yeasts.
